HisVault currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

UK Standard Delivery — £3.99

Orders using Standard Delivery are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

UK Express Delivery — £6.99

Orders using Express Delivery are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders of £40 or more.

Free delivery applies to Standard Delivery only. Customers may choose to upgrade to Express Delivery at checkout where available.

Personalised orders

Many HisVault products are personalised to order. The dispatch estimates above include our normal preparation and personalisation time unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch depend on the delivery service, destination and carrier. The estimated delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout where available.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. During particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, delivery may take longer.

International delivery

International delivery availability, charges and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout where available.

Customers ordering internationally may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
