These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through HisVault and use of the HisVault website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
About HisVault
HisVault is an online retailer specialising in gifts, accessories and personalised products.

Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device display and, where applicable, natural or manufacturing variations in materials.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Personalisation
Selected HisVault products can be personalised with up to 6 characters, subject to the options shown on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for checking the personalisation entered before submitting an order.
We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing content that we reasonably consider unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
Once work on a personalised product has begun, the order normally cannot be cancelled simply because the customer has changed their mind. If you need to amend or cancel a personalised order, contact us immediately and we will try to help if production has not started.
Orders
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken, arrange an appropriate refund.
Prices and payment
Product prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed on the website and at checkout.
HisVault currently accepts supported payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay, subject to availability at checkout.
Delivery
UK Standard Delivery costs £3.99, and UK Express Delivery costs £6.99.
Standard UK delivery is free on qualifying orders of £40 or more.
Our normal dispatch target is 3–5 business days for Standard Delivery and 1–2 business days for Express Delivery.

Returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights depend on whether the product is personalised.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
Marketing communications
Where you choose to receive marketing communications from HisVault, we may send you information about products, promotions and other HisVault news.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed.
